Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy a part from us — online, by phone or at our premises — and when you use this site. Together with our delivery, returns and warranty terms, they make up the contract between us.

Consumers and trade customers

You are a consumer if you buy for yourself rather than for a business. Some parts of these terms differ for trade customers — garages, dealers and other businesses — and say so. Nothing in them takes away the rights a consumer has by law.

The parts we sell

Our parts are used, taken from donor vehicles we dismantle ourselves. Each is described in its listing, and the photos are of the part itself. Expect the wear that comes with its age and mileage; anything beyond that is mentioned in the listing.

Please check the part fits your vehicle before ordering — the part number is the safest guide. If you are unsure, call us with your registration or VIN and we will check. If we tell you a part fits and it does not, it is misdescribed and you can return it as set out in our returns terms.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. For consumers they include VAT, and delivery is shown before you pay. Trade customers get a VAT invoice with every order.

We do not add a surcharge for paying by card.

If we have listed a part at a price that is obviously wrong, we will contact you before we dispatch it, and you can buy it at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Availability

Most of our parts are one-offs, and they are also sold in person and on other channels. If a part sells before we confirm your order, we will tell you straight away and refund you in full.

Ordering

When you place an order, we take payment and email you to say we have received it. The contract is formed when we confirm we have accepted it, which is normally when we tell you it has been dispatched or is ready to collect. If we cannot accept your order, we refund you in full.

Orders by phone or email are on these same terms, and you have the same right to cancel as you would buying online.

Ownership and risk

The part becomes yours once we have received payment in full. It stays at our risk until it reaches you or you collect it — see damage or loss in transit.

Our responsibility to you

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable when the contract was made. We supply parts for domestic and private use: if you use them in the course of a business, we are not liable to you for loss of profit, loss of business, or business interruption.

If you are a trade customer, our liability for any claim relating to a part is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including labour, vehicle downtime, and loss of profit or business.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Using this site

We keep this site accurate and up to date as best we can, but parts sell quickly and a listing may occasionally show a part we no longer have. We do not guarantee the site will always be available or free of errors.

The photos and descriptions on this site are ours. You may not copy them, or use automated tools to collect them, without our permission.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your order is governed by the terms published on the day you placed it.
